Welcome to the services provided by DUNU (hereinafter referred to as “the Application” or “we”). We value your personal information and privacy, and are committed to protecting your data security in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Application to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should immediately stop using the Application and related services.

To deliver services promised under the User Agreement—such as headphone pairing, firmware upgrades, and connection optimization—the Application may collect certain device, usage, and technical information during your use. Specifically, we may collect the following information to provide basic services, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations, including but not limited to:
● Installed software list: Accessed only when connecting to Bluetooth devices, to read partial app names and package information installed on your device. This is used to assess potential compatibility issues with Bluetooth pairing or to recommend compatible plug-ins, helping to resolve crashes caused by incompatibility between Bluetooth devices and mobile devices. This information is analyzed locally, not stored, not used to build personal profiles, and never uploaded or shared with third parties.
● Network information: Such as IP address, carrier information, and Wi-Fi connection status, used to enable headphone features, optimize connectivity, and monitor service quality.
● Location information: With your authorization, we may access coarse location data via system interfaces to assist with low-energy Bluetooth device discovery and fast pairing. This information is only used to enable connection features and will not be used for tracking, behavior analysis, or advertising.
● Device information: To support device authentication, prevent misuse, and improve service stability, we may collect device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, Android ID, OAID), device model, system version, headphone MAC address, Bluetooth name, and headphone serial number (SN). For certain features, we may also require access to sensor data (e.g., accelerometer, gyroscope) to provide more accurate services. Such data is collected via system interfaces and used only locally or for pairing, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting—not for advertising or third-party sharing.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may collect and use personal information without your prior consent under the following circumstances:
● Directly related to national security or defense security;
● Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
● Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement of judgments;
● Necessary to protect your vital interests (e.g., life or property) when consent cannot be obtained in time;
● Information you have voluntarily made public;
● Information lawfully obtained from public sources;
● Other circumstances as permitted by law.
● Location Permission
Required for searching and connecting headphones via BLE
signals, as well as locating devices. This is mandatory.
● Bluetooth Permission
Required to search and connect to Bluetooth headphones,
enabling interaction between the App and the device. This is mandatory.
● Overlay Permission
Required to enable quick pairing pop-up windows for faster
headphone connections.
● File Storage Permission
Required to store device images and feature icons locally
for display purposes. This is mandatory.
● Auto-start and Associated
Start
Auto-start is used to monitor
headphone button controls for white noise audio playback/pause. Associated start will not be triggered
unless strictly necessary.
To improve your user experience, we may use small data files (such as Cookies or Flash Cookies) and similar technologies. These help us remember your login status, reduce repeated input, enhance account security, and analyze usage patterns to optimize services. You may manage or disable cookies through your device or browser settings, though this may affect some features.
● Storage Location: Your personal information will be stored within the People’s Republic of China. If cross-border transfer becomes necessary, we will seek your prior authorization in compliance with legal requirements.
● Retention Period: We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. After that, data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the law.
● Security Measures: We adopt data encryption, access control, and de-identification measures to prevent leakage, alteration, loss, or misuse of personal information.
● Sharing: We only share necessary information with trusted partners when essential (e.g., for pairing, firmware upgrades, after-sales service). Before sharing, we assess third-party data protection capabilities and sign confidentiality agreements requiring protection measures at least as strict as those in this Policy.
● Transfer: In cases of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, we will notify you as required by law and ensure your personal information remains protected. If protection cannot be ensured, we will seek your renewed consent.
● Disclosure: We will only disclose your information with your explicit consent or when required by law, regulations, or judicial/administrative authorities.
As a user of the Application, you have the following rights:
● Access and Correction: You may review and correct your personal information.
● Deletion: You may request deletion of your information under circumstances permitted by law.
● Withdrawal of Consent: You may revoke previously granted permissions at any time. Some features may be limited as a result, but basic functionality will not be affected.
● Account Deletion: You may request account deletion. Once completed, we will delete or anonymize your data within the legally permitted timeframe. This action is irreversible—please proceed with caution.
We will respond to your request within seven (7) business days.
We place great importance on the protection of minors’ personal information. If you are under 18 years of age, please review and accept this Policy under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian before using our services. If we inadvertently collect a minor’s personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as legally required.
This Policy may be updated from time to time in response to business developments or changes in laws and regulations. Updated versions will be published within the Application, and significant changes will be prominently notified. For material changes, we will obtain your explicit consent before implementation.

If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. The section titles in this Policy are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
This Privacy Policy, together with the User Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and our company with respect to the Application’s services. The purposes, methods, and scope of data collection described herein supplement the User Agreement and carry equal legal effect.
